• Payment Detail – COBRA premium payments received and posted
• COBRA Participants Listing – Participants and their current coverage
• COBRA Activity Report – All Qualifying Event Notifications and General (Initial) Notices processed
• COBRA Terminations – COBRA participants terminated during the reporting period
