FSA Login Notice

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE CREDENTIALS/PASSWORD OF YOUR ONLINE FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT

If you have already registered for online access to your FSA account(s), you now enjoy 24/7 access to your account information online using the user ID and the password you created. For your protection, your password automatically expires after a period of ninety (90) days.  At that time, you will be asked to reset your password prior to accessing your account. To reset your password, you will have to enter the following information:

  • Employee ID
    • Enter your FULL Social Security Number [no dashes].
    • ENTER ONLY YOUR FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. DO NOT ENTER THE USER ID YOU CREATED UPON REGISTRATION HERE.
    • Please note that this will not affect or change the User ID you created. You are only being asked to enter your full social security number during this reset process as a validation step for the security of your account.
  • Security Word and Birth City
    • Enter the Security Word and Birth City you created/entered during your initial registration process.
    • You must enter the exact information you originally entered when you first registered. If your password has not yet expired, you are highly advised to check the exact Security Word and Birth city prior to the expiration of your current password.
    • If you cannot remember the Security Word and Birth City, STOP and contact us immediately at fsa@proviewbenefits.com
  • Set and confirm a new Password
    • There is a minimum of eight characters, must contain at least one letter and one number; No special characters; the password is case-sensitive.
    • You cannot recycle passwords. You must create a new password at every reset cycle.

5 Easy Steps to Register to Access Your FSA Information Online:

Step 1: Go to the FSA Login page.

Step 2: Click on the “Create Account” link and you will be taken to the Account Creation screen.  Enter your first name and your last name. Then, for the “Employee ID” field, enter your FULL Social Security Number [no dashes]. Note: Subsequent log-ins will require only your designated User ID.  You are being asked to enter your social security number only as a validation step for the protection of your account. You will only need this again during the password reset process every ninety (90) days.

Step 3: If your employer offers a debit card with your FSA account and you have one, you may enter your 16-digit debit card number shown on the front of your FSA debit card. Alternatively, or if you do not have a debit card with your FSA account, you can enter your Employer ID, [contact Proview at fsa@proviewbenefits.com]

Step 4: Enter your log-in credentials:

  • Enter your preferred user ID. There is a minimum of five characters and a maximum of 15.
  • Enter your preferred password. There is a minimum of eight characters, must contain at least one letter and one number; No special characters; the password is case-sensitive.
  • Enter a security word and birth city. This is meant solely as a security feature in the event you forget your password in the future. IMPORTANT: REMEMBER THE SECURITY WORD AND BIRTH CITY EXACTLY AS YOU ENTER THESE. YOU WILL NEED THIS INFORMATION WHEN YOUR PASSWORD EXPIRES AFTER NINETY (90) DAYS. YOU ARE HIGHLY ADVISED TO TAKE NOTE OF THE EXACT CREDENTIALS YOU ENTER.
  • Enter an e-mail address. You are strongly encouraged to enter an email address in order to receive important communication regarding your FSA account. Almost all notifications are sent via email. Without an email address you will not receive most notifications about your account.

Step 5: Once you have created your account, you will be taken back to the Participant Portal Log-in screen. Enter the customized user ID and the password you just created.

On your online account, you enjoy a variety of tools that allow make your FSA experience easy and convenient such as:

  • Submitting online claims and uploading receipts and documentation by selecting the “request reimbursement” link
  • Checking your available balances by selecting the “view balance summary” link
  • Viewing account history and activity by selecting the “view activity or transaction history” link.
  • Signing up for direct deposit by selecting the “direct deposit information and registration” link. Reimbursements for approved claims will be deposited into your account within 24 to 48 hours of approval!
  • Many more such as viewing answers to frequently asked questions, opting in or out for various communication emails, etc.
