About the Speaker

Felicia English is passionate about building leadership at all levels throughout organizations. Clients value her ability to produce tangible results that help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. Felicia is skilled in working with many clients—successfully adapting to their unique cultures. Her high-impact training is relevant in helping them solve problems, make decisions, clarify goals, develop measures, and simplify complex issues. She believes in the power of people to “progress, produce, and persist.”  

Prior to her work with FranklinCovey, Felicia worked as an internal consultant for the Port of San Diego where she delivered training and provided executive coaching, process consultation, and performance management. She also worked for the City of Pomona, in California, as a Management Analyst on special assignment to the City Manager, Mayor, and City Council. She trained staff and community based organizations in customer service and project management.

Felicia is an adjunct faculty member for the University of Phoenix and National University where she teaches organizational development and management to students seeking bachelors and masters degrees. Felicia works with a number of organizations representing a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, health care, banking and finance, aerospace, manufacturing, and sales. In addition, she has worked with educators, governmental agencies, and branches of the military.

Felicia holds a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development and an M.A. in Human and Organizational Systems, from Fielding Graduate University. She earned a Masters in Public Administration, Cal State, Fullerton, and a B.A., from the University of California at Riverside. Felicia has been a noted speaker at a number of national and international conferences including the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD) and FranklinCovey Symposiums.
