Since 1993, ProView has been partnering with HR and Benefits departments to professionally manage the tactical and transactional activity associated with benefits administration. By freeing up benefits departments of burdensome, but essential, administrative work, we allow them to focus on the strategic projects that help position their companies for higher achievements. ProView is a cost-effective alternative to hiring your own force of benefits administrators. The following describes ProView’s evolution:

  • 1993 - ProView established as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Precept, to provide employer clients with traditional third party administration services, including FSA administration, claims payment, billing administration, COBRA, Cafeteria plan and enrollment services
  • 1995 - Established full-service employee resource center, including call center. Our Customer Care Center currently receives over 70,000 participant calls annually.
  • 1998 – Established online enrollment and administration technology unit to support the growth of Web enrollment and data management. This unit currently manages over 33,000 file transactions annually.
  • 2003 - Transition to paperless environment using PaperWise scanning technology>
  • 2004 - Upgrades to call center technology and FSA Web services
